Where you influenced by any Zombie films when writing

this series?

Not a zombie film, per se. I played the ALIENS soundtrack a
lot, by James Horner. It's a great, hard-driving score that's
perfect for writing desperate, we're-about-to-be-overcome-
by-the-hordes scenes.

Are we going to be seeing any more of the Midnight Sons?

Yes! Their next appearance I won't be writing, but look for
them in the "Frankencastle" storyline over in Rick
Remender's PUNISHER later this year.

You are working on a new Zombie series out in
September, what can readers expect from this?

MARVEL ZOMBIES RETURN is a direct sequel to MARVEL
ZOMBIES 2, and features the return of the marquee
flesheaters in a WEEKLY miniseries that lasts the entire
five Wedensdays in September. I'm writing the first (SPIDER-MAN) and last (AVENGERS) chapters, and the other three brainmunchers -- HULK, WOLVERINE and IRON MAN -- are being written by some of the hottest writers of zombie prose fiction today. I hope everybody checks it out and gets a big kick out of it.
